  1. Move your Mouse Pointer over the Cabin you would like. If it changes color, it is available.
  2. Click on the available cabin you would like to reserve.
  3. Provide the required information in the form and click the "Submit" button to reserve the room.
  4. Call us on the next business day to confirm your reservation at 1-800-743-0405 9am-5pm Central Time.
  5. If we have not heard from you and cannot contact you on the second business day, your cabin will be returned to inventory.

IMPORTANT RESERVATION INFORMATION
Deposits
The deposit amounts listed are required to reserve a stateroom and are per-person. The deposit is fully refundable until April 3, 2012.  After April 3, 2012,  refund request will be handled on a case by case basis and honored at the sole discretion of Bare Necessities Tour and Travel Company.  Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

Payment Dates Schedule
After initial deposit, your remaining balance will be due in two equal installments on April 3, 2012 & October 3, 2012.
